1. Return Policy Overview

AUTO GROUP HOLDINGS PTY LTD (ABN 42 690 861 137) provides a 15-day return policy on eligible pre-owned vehicles, subject to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to provide clarity and buyer confidence while maintaining fair usage standards.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Refund Scope: Approved returns may qualify for a refund of the vehicle purchase price, excluding non-refundable costs such as administration, registration, compliance, inspection, transport, and processing fees.

Refund Cap: Any refund issued is limited to a maximum of 104% of the applicable national wholesale market value at the time of sale, where applicable.

Vehicle Condition: Returned vehicles must not exhibit new structural damage, mechanical faults, or modifications that were not present at the time of delivery.

Minimum Transaction Value: The original sale price must be $1,000 AUD or greater.

3. Return Process & Conditions

Return Period: The 15-day return window begins on the date the vehicle is delivered.

Usage Limitation: A return request may be declined if the vehicle has exceeded 200 kilometres of use or has undergone unauthorised modifications following delivery.

Transport & Inspection: AUTO GROUP HOLDINGS PTY LTD will arrange return transport through approved logistics partners. Returned vehicles must be received in the same condition as delivered and will undergo inspection prior to refund approval.

Refund Processing: Once the vehicle has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable fees.
